If you can’t trick or treat this year, then tune into Move Away, a Buffalo, NY-based COVID-era horror podcast featuring one tortured student’s quest to tell the stories of the damned and stay six feet away from his demons.

While the people quarantine inside, forgotten souls lurk in the empty streets of America’s most haunted Rust Belt city: Buffalo, NY. One tortured University at Buffalo student, Adam Combs, sets out to tell the stories of the accursed. By letting these spirits speak, this tale that begins as an exploration of anxiety, quarantine, and horror becomes a fresh take on Buffalo’s forgotten history. The Angola “Pigman,” The legendary “Hermit of Niagara,” the séance of Graestone Manor, and the “Wrapped Woman” (the ghost of a patient at the Buffalo State Lunatic Asylum) all make appearances, alongside a host of other Buffalo-based spirits.

Season One: Forced Roots will debut on October 26th, and will be available on Spotify, Stitcher, Apple Podcasts, and wherever you get your podcasts.
